Takawin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Takawin platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using Takawin, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

18+ Age Requirement

Takawin is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Takawin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any winnings accumulated in a duplicate account will be voided. If you've lost access to your account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Fair Play Obligation

All players must use Takawin in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and legal action where applicable.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet registered to your Takawin account. Withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits carry no wagering requirement.

Bonus Terms Apply

Welcome to Takawin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Takawin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Takawin platform — including its website, mobile application, and all games offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Takawin is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Eligibility

To register and use a Takawin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Takawin employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Takawin platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Takawin takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

By registering on Takawin, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability in addition to account closure.

Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one Takawin account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Takawin detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings in those accounts will be voided without compensation.

When registering your Takawin account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Takawin is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

  • Your account password must be kept confidential at all times.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Takawin support immediately.
  • Takawin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
  • Account sharing with any other person is strictly prohibited.

Takawin reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits & Payments

Takawin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳10.
  • Deposits are credited to your Takawin balance in real time under normal circumstances.
  • If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact Takawin support with your transaction reference number.
  • Takawin does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Takawin does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Takawin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player.

Takawin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, Takawin will notify the player and provide an opportunity to clarify the transaction before any action is taken.

Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet that is registered to your Takawin account. Withdrawals to any other payment method or to a third-party account are not permitted.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
  • Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
  • Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
  • Takawin does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • Takawin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be declined if the account has not completed identity verification, if the withdrawal destination does not match the registered payment method, or if there is an active investigation into the account.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, players should contact Takawin support with their withdrawal reference number. Takawin will investigate and resolve all legitimate withdrawal delays within 24 hours of the support request being raised.

Bonuses & Promotions

Takawin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Takawin bonuses:

  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
  • Takawin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
  • Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being suspended.

Takawin reviews all bonus claims and reserves the right to void any bonus that it reasonably believes was obtained through fraudulent means, in violation of these Terms, or through exploitation of a technical error on the platform.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Takawin — including Dinosaur Tycoon, Baseball, Mines Gold, Fortune Snake, 3 Gods Fishing, PP Live, and Dino Hunter — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by Takawin staff or by any player action outside of normal gameplay.

Players are expected to use Takawin games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any Takawin software.
  • Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, Takawin will review the session logs and determine the appropriate resolution. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.

Takawin publishes the Return to Player (RTP) rates for all games on the platform. These rates represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes in any way.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

Takawin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment fraud.
  • Attempting to exploit the bonus system.
  • Using prohibited software or tools during gameplay.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Takawin staff or other players.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, Takawin will notify the player via their registered contact details and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Takawin support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Privacy & Data Protection

Takawin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on Takawin, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Takawin uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, providing customer support, and complying with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any party other than those directly involved in the operation of the Takawin platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Takawin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Takawin is not liable for any of the following:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Loss of data or corruption of data.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside Takawin's reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, or third-party payment service disruptions.
  • Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
  • Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Takawin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Takawin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Takawin after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
